Kendileri de bu yatağın uygun olacağı yönünde bilgi verdiler. Yeterli süre kullandım fakat istediğim rahata varamadığım için kendileri ile iletişime geçtim. Rahat etmem için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını bile yaptılar fakat ben yine istediğim rahata varamadığım için iade etmek zorunda kaldım. İade sürecinde de herhangi bir problem yaşamadım. Merve hanım satın alma sürecinden iade sürecine kadar bütün aşamalarda sabırla yardımcı oldu. İade sebebi yatak değil tamamen benim kişisel durumum.
